Lake Travis sunset

Jessica and I went up to Villa Montana, a new home community on a hill overlooking Lake Travis to watch the sunset. The company I work for is involved in building four custom homes in this neighborhood. It's got a pretty nice view, and the neighborhood is full of large homes around the edge of the property (view lots) with 3500 sq ft garden homes in the center. They're all a little out of our price range (over $1 million for the garden homes), and there's even a concierge house.



It's nice that we've been getting enough rain so the lake is actually full for the first time since we've been in Austin.
